1 – Introduction
These general conditions apply to any order of products on the website of the company TOPPER B.V. (hereinafter referred to as www.sonnyangel-benelux.com), registered with the register of legal entities under number VAT BE 0799.878.232. Its headquarters is located in Glabbeeksesteenweg 117, 3391 Tielt-Winge, Belgium. Email: hello@sonnyangel-benelux.com. Any order for a product of the website www.sonnyangel-benelux.com, implies acceptance of all these terms and conditions. As a result, the client is fully aware of the fact that his agreement on the content of these conditions does not require the signature of this document, as far as the customer wishes to order online the products presented in the framework of the shop website.
In case of conflicts the Dutch version of this document always applies, sonnyangel-benelux.com is not responsible for language errors in this document.

2.1. Generalities
The customer could save or print these general conditions, given that both, backup or editing this document are his full responsibility. www.sonnyangel-benelux.com may change these terms and conditions at any time on its website. However, current contracts are applicable to the conditions at the time of the conclusion of the sale. It is therefore advised to refer regularly to the latest version of the terms and conditions permanently available on the website.
2.2. Definitions
CONSUMER, means any physical or legal person who acquires or uses for an nonprofessional purpose, products or services presented on the website. As a consumer, the customer has specific rights, which would be denied in the occurence that the products or services acquired through the website would actually concerned to his professional activity.
PROFESSIONAL means anyone who does not fit the definition of consumer given above.
3 – Online sales conditions
The product catalogue and description on www.sonnyangel-benelux.com do not constitute an offer in its current form. It is not sufficient to fill out an order form on the website to have a contract. The sale will be definitively concluded only at the receipt of the confirmation email. For security and customer confidence, www.sonnyangel-benelux.com reserves the right to request additional information and to refuse the order if Www.sonnyangel-benelux.com believes to have insufficient information in its possession. Www.sonnyangel-benelux.com may also refuse orders if it appears that the buyer wants to resell the products.

5 – Purchase
www.sonnyangel-benelux.com answers your order if stocks are available. Delivery time will be given at the ordering process. The given time will be met, excepting exceptional circumstances (weather, strikes, traffic problems, etc.). However, if, despite its vigilance, products are unavailable after your order, www.sonnyangel-benelux.com will notify you by email and invite you to cancel or change your order.
6 – Availability
Product availability is always indicated on our website. A product indicated 'in stock' is available immediately. However, www.sonnyangel-benelux.com cannot be responsible if the stock is not the same at the date of the order. Any unavailability is generally noted on the website. If www.sonnyangel-benelux.com cannot get a product from its suppliers within a reasonable time (eg in case of unavailability at the supplier itself), it will notify the Customer of the expected delay by email. Then the Customer can choose to cancel or exchange its order, based on the new stock information. This shipment won't be additionally charged to the Customer (he will only pay the shipping fees indicated in the order).
7 – Ownership transfer
According to Article 1583 of the Civil Code, sold or delivered goods remain the exclusive property of www.sonnyangel-benelux.com until full payment of the order.
If something goes wrong in the shipping, www.sonnyangel-benelux.com bears the cost of any damage (theft, damage, missing objects) caused to the product and refund in this case shipping costs.
8 – Price
All products' prices are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding postage. The shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless special conditions indicated on the website). They are

9 – Payments

of identity card and/ or a bank receipt for any payment by credit card. We use Mollie BV as the provider for all the payments, so your credentials and transactions are always secure.
10 – Delivery
10.1. - Generalities
Products purchased on www.sonnyangel-benelux.com are delivered only in the countries listed on the website.
The geographic delivery area for items from www.sonnyangel-benelux.com is as follows: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece and Ireland.
They will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. The delay indicated in the item description are target dates and correspond to the shipment processing time including transit time.
www.sonnyangel-benelux.com cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a shipping delay related to the responsibility of the Post. There will be no refund of the order before it will be returned to the sender.
Accordingly, the time limits applicable in this case are those at the date of the payment's receipt. If you decide to cancel your order after payment and your order is already in for delivery, Www.sonnyangel-benelux.com will provide a refund of the product at its full reception. It is strongly advised to return the product in its original state. The return costs are for the client.

The property and the risks associated with your products will be transferred upon receipt of the products.

When your ordered products are delivered to a country other than Belgium, you are considered as the
authorized importer and as such you must respect the laws and regulations of the country in
which you take delivery of the goods. You may be subject to fees or duties to the arrival of the goods in your country. All
additional customs' fees are your own responsibility. www.sonnyangel-benelux.com has no control over these charges and does not know the amount. Customs policies vary by country, you should contact your
local customs' department for more information.
10.4 – Delivery problems
Any hesitation about the delivered product (eg damaged package, already opened ...) must be notified to www.sonnyangel-benelux.com within 14 days of products' receipt. Depending on the case defined in Article 7, you can possibly benefit or not of the exchange conditions and refund in this article. Any problem regarding the items in the parcel (Article outdated, missing, not corresponding to the ordered ...) must be notified to www.sonnyangel-benelux.com within 14 days of receipt. Any notice after this period no longer engage the responsibility of Www.sonnyangel-benelux.com and the product will not be refunded or replaced.
10.5 - Product conformity
www.sonnyangel-benelux.com undertakes to refund or exchange products that do not correspond to your order. In this case, we thank you for agreeing to report this in details by email (hello@sonnyangel-benelux.com) and return the products to www.sonnyangel-benelux.com. Wwww.sonnyangel-benelux.com will, at your convenience, exchange or refund the product. The request must be made within 14 working days of delivery. Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted.
It is imperative to return products to www.sonnyangel-benelux.com in the same conditions you had received them with all items delivered (accessories, packaging, manuals ...). In any case, you benefit of the provisions of the legal guarantee on the guarantee against hidden defects.
11 – Warranty
11.1 The products purchased on this website are covered by the manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the specific terms and conditions stated in the product's original documentation.

12 – Renunciation right

Sonny Angel, Smiski, Gee and Fancy Pets products are presented for sale in "blind" packaging. 15 – Case of emergency

Some of this information may be transferred to companies involved in the delivery of your products. Each party gives exclusive jurisdiction for all
disputes to be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven (Belgium).
